As a professional still in the alcohol industry, I often travel searching for the best bars and food. If you're unaware, I'm a Certified Specialist of Spirits through the Society of Wine Educators, a Level 2 in Wine through WSET, I'm a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist through the Wine Scholars Guild, I have a diploma in Single Malt Whiskey through the Edinburgh Whisky Academy, I'm a Certified Sake Advisor through Sake School of America, a diploma in Tequila Culture through the Consejo Regulador del Tequila, am an Executive Bourbon Steward through the Moonshine University, have a Advanced BarSmarts Certificate from Pernod-Ricard, and a dozen other certifications, too.
